Fieldwork supervision that records, warns, signs, and proves

Every supervisee works inside our own platform. It mirrors the BACB's hour taxonomy to the minute, computes the compliance consequences of what you log, and prints exactly what was signed onto the BACB's own forms.

Included with BCBA and BCaBA supervision. No additional cost.

Hours recorded the way the BACB counts them

Five BACB hour classes, independent and supervised, restricted and unrestricted, plus group supervision, with contact type and modality on every entry. Two cross-linked logs per engagement: the candidate's record and the supervisor's record, never conflated.

Log any day, backfill any month, plan ahead

Calendar and table views over the same record. Past days backfill, future days plan, and a month closes only when it is locked. Copy-last-entry prefills everything except the description, so no two notes are ever identical by accident.

The consequences of the truth, on screen

The platform never stops a supervisor from recording what happened. It computes what the record means: hours band, supervision percentage, observation minutes, the program-wide unrestricted floor, and an honest forecast of the finish date.

Engagement overview showing 189.5 of 2,000 hours logged, an unrestricted ratio below the 60% floor, and this month's checks marked At risk
Engagement overview. This demo record is mid-shortfall on purpose. The tiles say At risk because the engine warns early, and it never blocks a save.

Every monthly requirement, checked from the same numbers you see

Rule packs for the 2022 and the 2027 requirements, including dual-target engagements counted against both. The checks rail reads the same aggregates the display does, so the findings and the figures can never disagree.

Bring your existing logs with you

One-pass import of supervision and schedule logs from Office Puzzle, Ripley, CentralReach, Rethink, ABA Matrix, AlohaABA, and Lumary. Upload, preview, commit: every row gets a verdict in plain language, and re-importing the same file lands zero duplicate rows.

Import preview. This re-imported file landed 0 of 47 rows: 46 recognized as already recorded, down to class and clock time, and 1 skipped. Your record stays clean.

Warnings you can read, rules you can see

Every BACB requirement runs as a named, documented rule. Each one says what it checks and why it can only warn: the checks measure what is missing, and blocking would refuse the very saves that fix it.

What gets signed is exactly what gets printed

  • Supervisor-signed month close with a figure-by-figure verified snapshot; a closed month renders from its snapshot forever
  • The actual 2027 BACB Monthly and Final Fieldwork Verification Forms, filled to the minute from the signed close, with signatures drawn into the real signature fields
  • Closed means closed: every mutation path refuses, and reopening is an audited, admin-only act that voids signatures while keeping history

Built for the seven-year question

7-year retention

The BACB's record retention policy, enforced in the database itself, not in a filing habit.

Append-only history

Corrections supersede rather than overwrite. Deleted months survive as voided history.

Hard provenance

Every entry carries who entered it, which import rule placed it, and what the rule book said at the time.

Included, not an upsell

Features that other fieldwork trackers sell as paid exam-readiness tiers, final certification paperwork, seven-year archives, unlimited supervisors, are part of every supervision engagement here, at no additional cost.
