BCBA Fieldwork Supervision
Accrue your BCBA or BCaBA fieldwork hours with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has more than seven years of supervisory experience and specializes in autism. Concentrated and Supervised Fieldwork tracks available. Remote nationwide; in-person in Miami-Dade County.

Who this is for
BCBA and BCaBA trainees who need a qualified Responsible Supervisor to sign their BACB Final Fieldwork Verification Form. You can accrue fieldwork under supervision for up to five consecutive years from start date; we support both short-intensity and long-duration trajectories.
How supervision works
We begin with a signed Supervision Contract that defines scope, schedule, and expectations. Your supervisor provides the required monthly supervisor-trainee contacts, observations with clients, and documentation review. All supervision activities are tracked against BACB fieldwork requirements so your Monthly Fieldwork Verification Forms are audit-ready.
Two fieldwork tracks
Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork ($450/month): 1,500 total hours required, higher supervisory density (more contacts and client observations per month). Typically completed faster and preferred by full-time trainees. Supervised Fieldwork ($350/month): 2,000 total hours required, lower supervisory density. More flexible for trainees working full-time while accruing hours. Specific monthly contact counts and percentage requirements are set by the BACB; your Supervision Contract will document the exact structure.
Scope of clinical work
Our specialty is autism spectrum disorder across pediatric, adolescent, and early-adulthood populations. If your fieldwork involves other populations (e.g., adults with acquired brain injury, organizational behavior management, behavioral pediatrics outside of autism), we will discuss fit during the consultation before signing a contract.
