ABA Therapy

Competency Assessment

BACB-required Initial Competency Assessment administered by Yilan Fernandez Perez, BCBA. Two-stage payment: $149 non-refundable review fee at booking, $100 assessment fee upon VSA signing. Training must be completed within the last 90 days per BACB requirements.

  • Stage 1: documentation review and BACB Gateway verification
  • Stage 2: ~2-hour assessment session (on-site or live virtual; client-observation tasks require on-site or live observation at your current employer)
  • Direct observation of RBT Task List 3rd Edition skills
  • BACB 2026 Initial Competency Assessment Packet
  • Bilingual EN/ES administration and support
  • Scheduled within 1–2 weeks of Stage-1 approval

Fieldwork Supervision

BACB-compliant fieldwork supervision for BCBA and BCaBA trainees. Two modality tracks — Concentrated ($450/month, 1,500 hours) and Supervised / Standard ($350/month, 2,000 hours). Stage 1 is a $149 non-refundable review fee. Upon scope-fit confirmation and a signed Supervision Contract, a second payment link for the monthly fee is issued.
