The Assessment Process
Our BCBA conducts direct observations, interviews caregivers and teachers, reviews records, and uses standardized tools to identify the function of the behavior. We don't guess — we use data to determine why the behavior is occurring before recommending any intervention.
The Intervention Plan
Based on the FBA results, we develop a written Behavior Intervention Plan that includes proactive strategies (antecedent modifications, environmental changes), replacement behaviors to teach, and response strategies. The plan is designed to be practical and implementable by the people who interact with the individual daily.
Follow-Up Support
We don't just hand over a plan and walk away. Our consultation includes training for caregivers or staff on plan implementation, follow-up observations to assess effectiveness, and plan modifications based on outcomes data.
